Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 springbok steaks
  • 1 cube of palm fat (Palmin 25 g)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

for lovers of lamb taste

Place all ingredients in a plastic bag (or freezer bag), mix, and add the meat. Seal the bag tightly, mix everything thoroughly, and let it marinate for about 3 hours. Heat the Palmin in a pan. Then fry the steaks (with the marinade) in the pan until cooked to your desired doneness.
