- 130 g butter
- 160 g flour, gluten-free
- 70 g sugar
- 45 g hazelnuts, ground
- 35 g oat flakes, gluten-free
- lots of cinnamon

The crumble topping can be used for various fruit crumbles (e.g., apple, pear, strawberry, cherry, apricot, nectarine, peach). Melt the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler. Then mix with flour, sugar, hazelnuts, and oats and crumble into crumbles. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the prepared fruit in a baking dish and bake the crumble at 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat for about 40 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!
