Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g flour
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g butter
- 100 g marzipan
- 40 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the softened butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the softened marzipan and egg and mix well. Add the flour, baking powder, pudding powder, and amaretto, and knead into a smooth dough. Fill the dough into a piping bag (I prefer a cake piping bag) and pipe rings onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, drizzle with dark chocolate.
