Make a smooth shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients. Line a 28 cm tart tin with it and pre-bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel the apples, cut them into large cubes, and sauté them with vanilla sugar, butter, and about 5 tablespoons of water for about 7 minutes. Pour them, without liquid, onto the pre-baked base. Quickly mix the crumble ingredients with your hands or a mixer until crumbly and spread on the tart. Now bake the tart again at 175°C for about 35 minutes.
