- 35 g butter
- ½ tsp baking soda

- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 375 ml milk
- 2 ½ tbsp semolina
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 piece(s) lemon juice
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Combine flour, powdered sugar, butter, baking soda, egg, milk, and honey in a bowl and knead well. Divide the dough into three equal balls. Roll out into rounds and bake one after the other in a greased springform pan at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Let cool. For the cream, cook a semolina pudding from the semolina and milk and let it cool. Beat the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy and mix in the cold semolina pudding a spoonful at a time. Finally, gradually add the lemon juice. Refrigerate the cream for 1 hour. Then spread the cream on two layers, stack them on top of each other, and cover with the third. Cover the cake with chocolate icing. It must rest for at least 12 hours before serving.
