Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 3 strawberries
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp matcha tea
- 500 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions

This shake is great for rheumatism sufferers
Wash the strawberries with cold water, remove the stems, and quarter them. Peel the banana and chop it into large pieces. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Fill a large glass with ice cubes and add the shake.
