Steak topped with feta cheese

Season the steaks with salt and freshly ground pepper on both sides and briefly fry in a pan with hot olive oil. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Roughly dice the onion and fry in the remaining oil, then season. First, spread the jam or jelly on the steaks, then add the onion and finally the sliced feta cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. I serve this with Tanja’s Western potatoes from the chefkoch recipe database. This recipe can be modified as needed.
