Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp parsley, frozen
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp fenugreek
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the garlic and onion, chop them roughly, and place them in a blender. Simply add all the other ingredients and blend thoroughly. Season the marinade with salt and pepper, if desired. Add olive oil and mix well. Place the meat, such as neck steaks, belly, or chops, in the marinade for at least 6 hours and let it rest in the refrigerator.
