Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g butter
- 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder (slightly heaped tsp)
Instructions

enough for about 60 pieces
Bring the butter to a boil until foamy. Add the oats, stir in, and let cool. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl for about 8 minutes until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir briefly. Add this to the butter and oat mixture and fold in with a wooden spoon. Place 2 teaspoons of the oat mixture into small mounds on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat: 150°C, gas mark 2) for about 20 minutes. Then let cool.
