Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 1.2 g Stevia, white
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 45 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer on the lowest speed for about 2 minutes. Add more milk if necessary until the glaze is creamy. Then spread it on the glaze and let it dry. 1.2 g of stevia is equivalent to about 2 level teaspoons and has the sweetness of about 400 g of sugar. 1 level teaspoon = 0.6 g = 200 g of sugar.
