Stew: Berbere Rice Stew

  • 1 half a small cup Wild rice mix
  • 0,25 L Water
  • 1 small can Canned tomatoes
  • 1 rest Leek cut into rings
  • Light Japanese Soy Sauce
  • Berbere
  • Clear vegetable broth
  • Black cumin
  • Lemongrass, powdered
  1. Heat the water and cook the rice in it. Add canned tomatoes in good time and bring to the boil. Season everything spicy and cook the leek with it. When the rice is done, serve everything in deep plates. Goes fast and tastes great! Have fun with my single kitchen!
