It couldn’t be easier

Thaw the pretzels, then separate the dough pieces and wrap them around a stick. Cook over a fire pit or grill, turning them diligently and watching them carefully to make sure they don’t turn black. We like to make this version of stick bread at our children’s afternoons because they traditionally don’t require advance notice, and you never know how many children will show up and how much dough you’ll need to prepare. This way, you can thaw pretzels and make stick bread again and again, depending on the number and appetite of the children.
