Stipp milk

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Stir the quark and milk until smooth and season with sugar – an old recipe from East Prussia. The amount of milk depends on how runny you want it to be, but you’ll usually end up with more milk, as indicated on the right. We also like to add cinnamon or blueberries from a jar to the milk, depending on your taste. An old favorite from my childhood.
