Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark), 1 pack of Dickmanns
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • Fruit, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Dickmanns into the bases with a knife and set them aside. Place the leftover Dickmanns into a bowl. Add the quark and cream and mix well with a hand mixer. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the Dickmanns. Serve with fruit of your choice, such as cherries or peaches (cans are fine, too).
