Stracciatella Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 325 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Quick and not too dry

Melt the butter slightly, beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, milk, and eggs until fluffy. Add the flour and baking powder, and mix on high speed for 2 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Stir in the chocolate sprinkles and pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. Do the knife test; if nothing sticks to the knife, it’s done. It tastes delicious and is always a hit.
