Stracciatella cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup mineral water, alternatively tap water
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 200 g chocolate coating (dark or milk)
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

is quick and easy

Combine all ingredients except the chocolate coating in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Grease a baking sheet and spread the batter on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate coating and pour it over the cake. Let cool.
