Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml whipped cream, lactose-free
- 100 ml milk, 1.5%, lactose-free UHT milk
- 30 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 g dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
for making with an ice cream maker, very low lactose content
Freeze the ice cream maker’s cooling container for 24 hours. Whip the cream with a food processor or hand mixer until semi-stiff. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Finally, stir in the milk. Chill the ice cream mixture in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Prepare the ice cream maker, switch it on, and pour the ice cream mixture through the filling tube. Stir for 15-30 minutes, depending on the machine and the desired consistency. Towards the end, gradually add the grated chocolate. Either consume the ice cream immediately or refreeze briefly. Due to the chocolate, the ice cream is not 100% lactose-free. However, since only 30g of chocolate is used for 2 people (quantity yielded 4 scoops), the lactose content should be very low.
