"Strammer Max" pretzel

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 pretzels, frozen
  • 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ bunch chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Place the frozen pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add 50g of cheese to the holes; the holes don’t need to be covered. Dice the ham and stuff it into the holes as well. Crack an egg into each pretzel. Spread the remaining cheese on top of the pretzels. Bake the pretzels according to the package instructions for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the fresh chives and sprinkle them over the finished pretzels. Enjoy the pretzels fresh from the oven.
