Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of farmhouse bread
  • butter
  • Horseradish from the jar
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 4 eggs
  • Dill, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

hearty sandwich for a quick dinner

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster, then spread them with butter and horseradish. Arrange the smoked salmon on top. Fry the eggs in a pan with a little butter until fried. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Place the fried eggs on top of the salmon slices and sprinkle with fresh dill.
