Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Sea salt
- Lemon pepper
- 2 slice(s) toast, warm
- Salmon caviar for garnish
- Dill for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Tear the salmon into pieces, mix with the mayonnaise, and season with salt and lemon pepper. Spread the mixture onto two slices of toast, cut in half diagonally, and garnish with caviar and dill.
