Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta with ham, mushrooms and peas

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the onion, slice the ham, and slice the mushrooms. Add the butter and oil to a saucepan and sauté the onion. Add the mushrooms, ham, and peas and cook. Deglaze with the wine, reduce, and add the cream. Reduce briefly and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
