Strawberry jelly with honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml honey
  • ½ kg strawberries
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 pts. gelatin (powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Puree the strawberries and strain them through a sieve. Briefly boil the water with honey and dissolve the gelatin in it. Add the strawberry sauce to the water. Ladle into dessert glasses and refrigerate.
