Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • Lemon balm, for decoration

a great dessert for strawberry season

Hull the strawberries, cut 4 into wedges, puree the remaining berries with powdered sugar and orange juice, and then pass through a fine sieve. Mix the mascarpone and 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth. Pour the strawberry puree into glasses and arrange the strawberry wedges on top. Add the mascarpone in teaspoon-sized portions to the center. Drizzle with the second tablespoon of honey and garnish with lemon balm.
