Ingredients for 12 servings:

- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- Salt
- pepper
- ½ bunch parsley
- 280 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- some baking soda
- 1 egg(s)
- 120 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 300 g yogurt
- 75 ml oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line the muffin tin with paper baking cups. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion. Then add the minced meat and fry until lightly browned and crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the parsley, shake dry, finely chop, and mix with the minced meat. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk the egg with the remaining oil, cheese, and yogurt. Mix the flour mixture and egg mixture thoroughly and stir in the minced meat. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown, then let cool for 5 minutes. The muffins taste best warm.
