Strawberries with milk foam

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 ml milk (UHT milk)
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, quarter them, and place them in a bowl. Add the sugar and stir well. Pour the UHT milk into a large glass and use a milk frother to “froth” the milk into a froth. Divide the strawberries between two glasses and pour the froth over the strawberries. Tip: If you like, you can also use other fruits. It’s quick and easy and tastes simply delicious.
