Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Frozen strawberries
  • 250 g Red currants frozen
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 1 tsp Preserving aid
  • Spices

Instructions
 

  • Weigh the fruits. In a large pot against. Add sugar. Possibly also spices
  • Continue processing according to the instructions from the jelly sugar pack. Remove from the hot plate, stir in a teaspoon of preserving aid. I then puree everything until everything is nice and silky and there are no more bits.
  • Fill up to the brim in glasses rinsed with hot water and turn upside down for 10 minutes.
  • Of course you can also take fresh fruit, then please clean it beforehand. My husband also likes to use this jam in natural yogurt. Makes about 4-6 glasses
