Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g strawberries
- 300 g apples, peeled and pitted
- 300 g grapes
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop all ingredients into small pieces and puree with a hand blender. Then pour the mixture into a saucepan, mix with the preserving sugar, and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Pour the mixture, still hot, into twist-off jars and seal tightly.
