Strawberry – Apple – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g strawberries, peeled and weighed
  • 500 g apples, peeled and weighed
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the strawberries and apples into small pieces and combine them with the gelling sugar in a large saucepan. Blend using a hand blender. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for about 4 minutes. Don’t forget to stir! Finally, add the cinnamon and mix well. After testing for set, immediately pour into the prepared jars (4-5 jars), screw on the lids tightly, and let cool.
