Squid and Shrimp Skewers

- 8 Headless shrimp + deveined
- 250 gr Fresh calamaretti
- 80 ml Hoisin sauce
- 80 ml White wine / red wine
- 1 kleines Stück Ingwer
- Prepare the calamaretti ready to cook (remove the head, remove the intestines and peel off the skin) alternate with prawns on metal skewers. For the marinade: chop the ginger and bring it to the boil with the hoisin sauce and white wine. Fry the prawns in a little oil over medium heat for 4 minutes on all sides. Then add the marinade and fry for 2-3 minutes. Have a good reception
