Squid and Shrimp Skewers

The perfect squid and shrimp skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Headless shrimp + deveined
  • 250 gr Fresh calamaretti
  • 80 ml Hoisin sauce
  • 80 ml White wine / red wine
  • 1 kleines Stück Ingwer
  1. Prepare the calamaretti ready to cook (remove the head, remove the intestines and peel off the skin) alternate with prawns on metal skewers. For the marinade: chop the ginger and bring it to the boil with the hoisin sauce and white wine. Fry the prawns in a little oil over medium heat for 4 minutes on all sides.
