WW friendly and still delicious
First, place the cake base in a springform pan (the other two layers can be frozen). Then, cook the custard according to the package instructions, replacing the milk with 400 ml of water. The finished custard is then poured onto the cake base. While the custard cools, hull and slice the strawberries. I halve them lengthwise and then arrange them in a brick-like pattern, from the outside in (always pushing the inner one under the outer one). Finally, cook the glaze according to the package instructions, but sweeten it with just 3 tablespoons of sugar and pour it over the strawberries on the cake. Once everything has cooled and has been refrigerated for a while (about 3 hours), remove the cake ring from the springform pan (it’s best to loosen it all around with a knife) and enjoy. Cut into 8 pieces, one gets 1.5 points.
