Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (sponge cake), 2-3 cm high
- 200 g milk
- 30 g cornstarch
- 30 g Cointreau
- 250 g mascarpone
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 pack of cake glaze, red
- 400 g cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a cream from milk and wheat starch and let it cool. Stir in the Cointreau and mascarpone. Spread this mixture over the sponge cake and arrange the washed and hulled strawberries on top. Prepare the glaze according to the instructions and drizzle it over the strawberries. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form and garnish the cake with it.
