Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of yarrow, flowers only
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 125 g sugar
- 1 liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Rinse the blossoms briefly. Dissolve the sugar in the water. Add the blossoms along with the sliced lemon and let it steep overnight. Serve well chilled.
