Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 400 g sweet cherries
  • 200 g banana(s)
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 23 minutes

for 7 glasses of 200ml each

In a saucepan, thoroughly combine the peeled fruit and the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring continuously, and simmer for at least 3 minutes. Immediately fill prepared jars to the brim. Secure with screw-on lids, turn upside down, and let stand on the lids for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy for breakfast or as a snack.
