Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries, set some aside for decoration, remove the stems, and then puree them. Mix together the mascarpone, low-fat quark, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Then stir in the pureed strawberries. Whip the cream and fill 1/3 of it into a piping bag. Fold the remaining cream into the cream and fill glasses. Decorate the strawberry cream with the remaining cream and strawberries.
