Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg strawberries
- ½ lemon(s)
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 100 g powdered sugar

Wash, hull, and puree the strawberries. Add the juice of half a lemon (or a whole lemon, depending on your taste) to the pureed strawberries. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then add the strawberry puree and mix gently. Place the mixture in the freezer for at least an hour. Let it thaw for 15 minutes before serving. If you’d prefer a lower-calorie recipe, simply choose a lower-fat whipped cream—it tastes great, too.
