Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g sour cream
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 100 g whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries. Purée them finely with the sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Combine the sour cream, low-fat quark, sugar, and desiccated coconut. Whip the cream until stiff (a whole cup of cream will also work) and fold it into the sour cream and quark mixture. Fold the strawberry puree into the quark mixture until streaks appear. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint, if desired.
