Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Recipe from Lower Bavaria

Wash, hull, and halve the fresh strawberries. Mash them in a bowl with a fork; a few pieces are fine, if you like. Whip the cream and gently fold it into the strawberries. You can add or omit the vanilla sugar, depending on your taste.
