Strawberry dessert with Pina Colada

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries, fresh
  • 400 g yogurt, 10% fat
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp liqueur (Pina Colada)
  • n. B. Brittle
  • e.g. cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, remove the blossoms, and quarter the strawberries. Pour maple syrup over the strawberries. Blend the yogurt with the Pina Colada until smooth, pour into glasses, and top with the strawberries. Top with whipped cream and praline.
