Strawberry Dream in Glass …

The perfect strawberry dream in glass … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns pickled
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon Acacia honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Spray cream or “right”
  • Advocaat
  • Lemon balm fresh
  1. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Drain the peppercorns.
  2. Put lemon juice, orange liqueur, honey and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil briefly while stirring. Take off the stove. Add peppercorns. Allow to cool slightly. Mix the whole thing with the strawberries and let it steep for a moment.
  3. Divide the strawberries into two glasses. Put the cream on top. Drizzle some egg liqueur over it. Garnish with lemon balm.
