Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g strawberries
- 400 g grapefruit(s)
- 1 package of Gelfix 3:1
- 350 g sugar

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and chop the strawberries. Peel the grapefruit (I used pink). It’s best to do this generously, so the white pith is removed. For 400g, you’ll need about 3 medium ones. Also cut into small pieces. Mix the strawberries, grapefruit, gel-fix, and sugar in a large saucepan and let it draw juice for about 30 minutes. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for four minutes. If you like, you can puree it with a hand blender; I left it a little chunkier. Test for setting and fill. Makes about six 250ml jars.
