Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ orange(s)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 100 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fruity and summery

Wash and hull the strawberries, removing the green parts. Then puree them in a blender along with the other ingredients. Mix well and pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. This recipe also works as a strawberry sorbet without cream. Without an ice cream maker, simply place the strawberry mixture in the freezer until it reaches a firmer consistency. This will make a strawberry granita.
