Strawberry ice cream without cream

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 700 g strawberries, fresh
  • 250 ml milk
  • 120 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with milk, for the ice cream machine

First, wash the strawberries. Then puree them, then add the sugar and milk. Now all you have to do is mix everything together. The mixture needs to be frozen in the ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes until creamy. You can eat the ice cream immediately or refreeze it for an even better taste.
