Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 3 bell peppers, red
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 100 g mung bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp white wine
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into strips and fry in oil in a pan. Quarter the bell peppers and slice them into strips, and slice the leek into rings. Add both to the meat and mix with the soy sauce, wine, and spices. Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the mung bean sprouts. Do not cook further. Adjust seasoning if desired. Serve with shirataki spaghetti.
