Strawberry jam with coconut milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g strawberries, cleaned
  • 1 can coconut milk (165 ml)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, extra (2:1)
  • 1 pack of citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once the liquid is bubbling, continue to simmer for at least another 3 minutes while stirring. Pour into prepared jars, seal, and let stand on the lids for about 5 minutes. This recipe makes 5 jars of jam, each 250 ml.
