Strawberry jam with roasted linseed

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp flaxseeds, roasted
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Place them in a blender along with the remaining ingredients and puree. Transfer everything to a saucepan and simmer gently for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let the jam cool and then pour into jars.
