Meatball Casserole
The perfect meatball casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Meatballs
- 0,5 Eggplant fresh
- 0,5 Onion
- 1 Pointed peppers green
- 1 Chilli pepper
- 3 tbsp Hollandaise sauce with herbs
- Salt
- Oil
- Wash and chop the eggplant; Peel the onion, bell pepper and chilli, remove the seeds and the membranes and cut into small pieces. Also cut the meatballs into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan; Sauté the onion, paprika and chilli, then add the aubergine and sauté, then season with salt.
- Put the pan’s contents and meatballs in a small baking dish, spread the hollandaise on top.
- Bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 12-15 minutes.
