Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 large banana(s)
- some lemon juice
- some sweetener, liquid
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g cream
- 250 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g drink powder, egKaba, nB also more
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
with homemade chocolate sauce
Wash the strawberries and puree them with lemon juice and sweetener, if desired. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar and 3/4 of the strawberry puree. Slice the banana and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, sweeten if desired. Sauce: Make a mixture of milk, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder, then melt the chocolate in it. If the sauce is too thin, thicken it with half a teaspoon of cornstarch. Let the sauce cool. Layer the strawberry quark in glasses or bowls, then arrange the banana slices on top, then the strawberry quark, and then the rest of the strawberry puree. Finally, add a dollop of cream and a little chocolate sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tip: Also delicious with canned peaches.
