Strawberry-kiwi Jam with Chilli

The perfect strawberry-kiwi jam with chilli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Strawberries
  • 400 g Kiwi
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • Pulp of a vanilla pod
  • Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 50 g Lindt Chilli Chocolate
  1. Chop the strawberries and kiwi and bring to the boil with the orange juice in a saucepan. Puree with the magic wand to the desired consistency.
  1. Break the chili chocolate into pieces and add to the saucepan with the vanilla pulp. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the preserving sugar and cook for 3 minutes. Let it boil bubbly.
  1. Fill into glasses and let cool down.
