Strawberry-kiwi Jam with Chilli
The perfect strawberry-kiwi jam with chilli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Strawberries
- 400 g Kiwi
- 100 ml Orange juice
- Pulp of a vanilla pod
- Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 50 g Lindt Chilli Chocolate
- Chop the strawberries and kiwi and bring to the boil with the orange juice in a saucepan. Puree with the magic wand to the desired consistency.
- Break the chili chocolate into pieces and add to the saucepan with the vanilla pulp. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the preserving sugar and cook for 3 minutes. Let it boil bubbly.
- Fill into glasses and let cool down.
