Chilli Jam (original Recipe By Nigella Lawson)

- 2 Red peppers
- 3 Red chili peppers together approx. 330 g
- 330 g Sugar
- 1 shot Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 shot Lemon juice
- 0,5 Sachets Gelierfix 1: 1
- Wash and remove the seeds from the peppers and chili peppers. Cut into large cubes and chop in a blender. Mix with the sugar and the gelation fix and bring to the boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Make a gelling test and then pour into the prepared jars that have been boiled beforehand and close immediately. Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
- Had two red peppers and a few chili peppers that had to be used. Made 3 small jars. The next time I will increase that to one kilo so that there is enough left to give away :-).
