Strawberry, Mango and Orange Jam

The perfect strawberry, mango and orange jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Strawberries
  • 300 g Mango
  • 200 g Orange fillet
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 500 g Stevia preserving sugar
  1. Carefully wash, clean and chop the strawberries and put them in a saucepan.
  2. Core the mango and cut the pulp into cubes, add to the strawberries.
  3. Peel the oranges, remove the white skin and remove the fillets, cut them into small pieces and add them to the saucepan.
  4. Now puree everything, if you don’t want to puree it for so long.
  5. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add to the fruit puree with the stevi gelling sugar.
  6. Place the pot on the stove, stir everything well, bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes while stirring constantly — make a gelling test.
  7. Fill the finished jam into clean, hot-rinsed jars, put the lid on it – close it well and turn it upside down for about 5 minutes.
  8. Label the cooled glasses nicely, chill or give 1-2 away
  9. I take stevia gelatin sugar because my husband is diabetic and can eat some jam that way.
